A Message from Communications and Community Relations 

Bellingham Public Schools will be on an early dismissal schedule for all students on Thursday, Dec. 11. Elementary schools dismiss at 12:20 p.m., middle schools dismiss at 1:15 p.m. and high schools dismiss at 2 p.m. 

Winter break begins Monday, Dec. 22 and continues through Friday, Jan. 2, 2026. All schools and the District Office will be closed to the public during winter break. 

Classes resume on a regular schedule and the District Office re-opens on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
